Unlike other staging companies Stage Two and Co. charges a flat fee for all of our staging services. There is no confusing formulas or hidden fees. Our fee is based solely on square footage. If you request a full stage every room gets attention; you don’t have to worry about picking which rooms to stage -- we stage them all.
Stage Two and Co. offers a unique pricing structure, which now allows
builders, agents, and owners to defer payment for 3 months.
