Services:
Stage Two and Co. can help as much or as little as a client needs. We not only provide all the furniture and accessories to stage an empty home, but we also work for clients who are still living in their homes. When staging owner- occupied homes, the client usually has more than enough furnishings and accessories for us to perform a complete stage with what they currently own. We focus on increasing the flow of the home, decreasing clutter, and highlighting the home's unique elements. However, Stage Two features a whole inventory of contemporary furniture and accessories should additional or more contemporary items be required.
What are the benefits of staging?
Staged homes sell more quickly - National statistics indicate that the average days on the market for staged homes are less than half that of non-staged homes. Homes staged by StageTwo sell on the average 20 days after being put on the market. Excellent in this market!
2. Staging requires a very small investment and secures a higher selling price - National statistics show that staged homes net 6.9% more, on average, when compared to the competition.
3. Staged homes stand apart from the competition - Staged homes offer buyers a tangible way to differentiate their home from other homes that are on the market. Also, staged homes add integrity and a professionalism that speak volumes to potential buyers. Buyers interpret homes that are staged as being well-cared for, quality homes.
4. Agents recognize the marketability of staged homes - Agents indicate that staged homes are much easier to sell and they are more likely to show their clients a home that is staged because it creates a home that stands out from the competition.
5. Staged homes help buyers see potentiality and functionality, thus leading to more showings and more offers - Staged homes get three times the average number of showings when compared to comparable properties. And more showings inevitably lead to more offers. Likewise, each house has unique features and staging allows for high-lighting those specific aspects of the home. Additionally, staging allows buyers to visualize themselves living in the home, giving the extra edge the potential buyers may need to present an offer and complete the sale. |
